At Pixxele, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the customized nature of many products, specific return and refund conditions apply.

Custom & Personalized Products

Customized, personalized, or printed-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded unless:

  • The item arrives damaged.
  • The product received differs from the approved order.
  • Manufacturing defects are present.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide your Order Number.
Share clear photographs and details of the issue.

After verification, we may:

  • Replace the product
  • Reprint the order
  • Issue a partial refund
  • Issue a full refund

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before production begins.
  • Once printing or manufacturing has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
